「We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right...

「The place itself was just as the pictures. Nice and clean comfortable customer service is wonderful. The only thing I would caution is that parking for no. 2 is in the parking area but to get to the entrance there is a sidewalk that goes down a hill and for those who are not steady on their feet there is no railing to hang on to. So maybe you might want to take that into consideration. 」

「We loved our stay here, it's amongst the more interesting and unique neighborhoods in which we've stayed. The historical markers around the block are informative, and the property itself was perfect for my wife, our dog and I. Very conveniently located with regards to the highway, OTR, and UC, we can’t wait to go back for more Cincinnati fun!」

「Check-in process was super easy! The property was cute and clean and had plenty of room for our crew. We spent lots of time around the big kitchen table, so we loved that part. We could have used more bathrooms, but we made do. The lighting could be improved in the kitchen as well. But overall a great stay with no complaints!」

The property management team was in constant communication with us to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable and so was the couch! Kitchen and bathroom were very nice and modern! We highly recommend this property!」
