「Vangelis is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and acted incredibly quickly to resolve things when we had a minor issue with our room. The room was very clean and well situated in the central area. Our only comment would be that there isn't much in the way of functional space, not many places to put toiletries or large suitcases.」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean.
