“I am terribly disappointed in this stay. The elevators were not working. Not even ONCE could I open the door with the given key. (Someone had to go with me to the room to open the door) because the key system were not working. As a woman traveling alone it was very frustrating having to go up alone with a man to open my room every time I wanted to enter. Breakfast was on point. The only good thing out of my stay. The hotel is apparently under construction so everything looked sketchy,……

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“Location location location!! Really close to copacabana beach, 3 mins to metro, supermarket is just arround the corner. Breakfast is a plus. Dont expect any service from conceige after you check in. ( breakfast place got good service thru) Room is basic. Air - con is individual one and considered as a weak one.”

“O hotel tem ótima localização, tivemos um bom atendimento de toda equipe, inclusive fomos muito bem recebidoa e orientados. Quarto com camas confortáveis, bem aconchegante e limpo. O café da manhã muito diversificado e saboroso. A localização é perfeita, pois fica ao lado da estação do metrô e um diversificado opções de bares e restaurantes que não é necessário deslocamento por meio de transporte, basta ir a pé!”
