「Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. 「We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.」

「This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.」

「We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!」
