“We stayed here for one night. Free parking outside the hotel. Informed the hotel that we were arriving late in the evening, they provided the PIN code for the front door & key left at reception. Room was clean. Breakfast was the highlight for us. Italian coffee was the best & the pastries were to die for! We had the strawberries/cream croissant, pistachio croissant & apple tart. The only downside was on booking it stated check out was 11am, but was informed by reception that it was in fact at……

“Struttura curata nei particolari, arredamento nuovo,letto confortevole,bagno e camera puliti. Se devi trovare una pecca?! Beh forse direi che,almeno nella ns camera,manca una cassettiera e il frigo. Noi per 2 notti ci siamo arrangiati,ma per un lungo soggiorno non saprei dove mettere l'abbigliamento, perché ci sono anche pochi appendiabiti. Ma ribadisco è stata una bella scoperta. “Camera bella spaziosa e confortevole. Un po' noioso il condizionatore da maneggiare, non riuscivo ad accendere l'aria fredda e infatti ho aperto la finestra. Bene, ottima struttura e posizione.”

La tariffa applicatami era veramente stupefacente per un albergo di questo livello (probabilmente c'è stato qualche errore da parte loro nel comunicare le condizioni a Expedia ma, molto professionalmente, hanno confermato il pacchetto all-inclusive senza chiedermi nulla). Parcheggio privato e video sorvegliato, WiFi gratuito, TV e aria condizionata e colazione a buffet inclusa. Cosa pretendere di più a 24,30 Euro ?”

“When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next……

“Ho soggiornato in questo piccolo albergo e ne sono rimasta entusiasta! Nonostante le dimensioni contenute, la struttura offre un servizio impeccabile e un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccellente. La posizione è perfetta: centralissima, comoda per raggiungere a piedi negozi e ristoranti. “Fine location - Excellent service from check-in to check-out, receptionist went far beyond what you could expect to fulfill our requests. Reasonable size of the room, high level of cleanliness. Breakfast buffet somewhat disappointing but then again not the major reason for our visit. ”
