Designed for 2 guests, it’s perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Guests may also enjoy the landscaped garden area on the property with rockery, custom benches, and natural scenery.

The interior is thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together after a day outdoors. The cabin includes Wi-Fi, a Roku Smart TV, bathroom w/shower, kitchen/dining area, and heating & air conditioning via mini split for year-round comfort.

The cozy living area is the perfect place to relax, read, watch a movie, or play games. It includes a loveseat, coffee table, 40” Roku Smart TV (stream using your own accounts), board games, cards, and portable fan.

The bathroom includes a shower (no bathtub), vanity, mirror, sink, toilet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer.
Guests will have access to the entire cabin and private outdoor amenities including the hot tub, patio, grill, and firepit.
Parking is available for 1–2 vehicles.
Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password, and smart lock code for keyless entry will be sent three days (72 hrs) prior to arrival.
Check-out instructions will be sent the evening before departure.
Cell service in the area can occasionally be spotty depending on your carrier, so we highly recommend downloading check-in instructions, maps, and important information before departing for your trip.

Please keep fires to a reasonable size (maximum 2’x2’) and respect local burn bans when in effect.
The cabin does not include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, or oven.
The Tilton River swim hole is approximately a 5-minute walk away. To access it, head back toward the highway the same direction you arrived, turn left, and you’ll find the swim area near the bridge across the road. Parking is also available nearby if preferred.
Petite Maison is part of a small cabin community on shared property. While each cabin has its own private outdoor space, you may occasionally see neighboring guests, cleaners, groundskeepers, or maintenance staff during your stay as the property continues to be maintained and improved.
Traveling with friends or family? Additional cabins on the property may also be available to rent for larger groups or multiple couples traveling together.
