"Get charged for leaving AND entering parking lot. Card keys kept malfunctioning to the room and gym. Very run down hotel rooms. No fan in bathroom. Dogs barking from 10pm-1am during our stay. Stayed here the last three years and probably won’t stay here again. Very disappointed"

"Not to clean. Dirty bathroom doors. Hair was in tub. Sink was getting clogged. Desk and chair were not wiped chair had stains at the desk I would not recommend going there"

"The room I was given had light bulbs missing, there was no iron, the ironing board had a cover on one end that was too small for the board and the foam underneath was falling apart. There was mold in the shower, there were stains on the bed linens. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I asked for new linens the first morning prior to me leaving for the day. I was told they would have someone come clean the room, replace the light bulbs and put an iron in the room. None of that happened by the time I returned at 9pm that evening. I spoke with some at the front counter and they had some give me linens to take with me, and the maintenance person was going to follow me bring the light bulbs and iron. The new linens had more stains than the previous linens. One of the beds appeared to have a significant dip in the center. Although not the direct fault of the hotel they still didn't do anything about the smell of cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana all over the place. This hotel has seen better days and I will never stay here again. On the positive side at least the demeanor and attitudes of the staff were pleasant."

"I booked a KING room, with a high view. Got there and they didn’t have my room. They stated they gave it away. They gave me a room for two queen beds. If you don’t have the room available then notify the customer instead of waiting until they get there to tell them there room is not available. "

"There was a MOUSE in my room! I saw it several times as I decided to leave the light on for the rest of the night. It was late at night so I didn't inform the front desk until the next morning - changing rooms will not correct an infestation problem and it was too late to change hotels. The front dest REFUSED to give me a refund. I stayed there on Thursday, April 30th, 2026. "

"Any hotel with “Airport” in its name—like Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport—should offer an airport shuttle. When I asked the front desk what time the shuttle ran in the morning, the clerk reacted as if it were an unusual question. Instead, I was told that Uber or Lyft were the best options. Had I known there was no shuttle, I would have avoided the $25, 3-mile Uber ride and chosen a nicer hotel that actually provides one. Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport should reconsider using “Airport” in its name, as it doesn’t offer a key service travelers expect. And Marriott—your branding is prominently displayed at the front desk—this experience doesn’t reflect well on your name."
