With a surface of 35m2 this apartment with balcony in a mountain style has all the assets for a magnificent stay for 4 or 5 people (possibility of 6 beds)

In summer we offer the possibility of booking short stays with a minimum of two nights.

Facing south and located on the 6th floor of the residence, it is close to all shops and restaurants in particular, Carrefour market at 100m and the nautical nautical center "l'Aquariaz" at around 300m.

For skiing you will leave on skis to reach the Children's Village (500m), the ESF office of Cap Neige (50m) or the nearest ski lift 300m.

1 ski locker on the ground floor of the residence

Flat screen TV, WIFI, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, grill, toaster, kettle, 4 electric hotplates and washing machine.

Great location, apartment was reasonable size and good value for money.Sophie was always on hand on messenger however I think a small welcome pack or email would be handy. Something that contains clear instructions for check-in and check-out, WiFi details etc. Whilst all went fairly smoothly I was a little apprehensive about how to get from avoriaz parking to the apartment, picking up the keys at the cafe and got advised of the wrong room number.

Great location - amazing view ! Easy check in and out . But need to admit the bed was really uncomfortable . The sofa bed in living room was stuck flat so not great either . But we still had a lovely week

Posizione fantasitica, infatti l'appartamento si trova al centro della località vicino a tutti i servizi, i locali li abbiamo trovati puliti e con tutte le comodità.Unico problema c'erano le lenzuola che non erano state cambiate da chi ha fatto le pulizie, ma abbiamo segnalato il fatto a chi ci ha consegnato le chiavi che ha immediatamente risolto la situazione fornendoci la biancheria pulita.Ottima esperienza in un bellissima location, da ripetere

Avoriaz week.

Overall great week, couple of minor things in the apartment, toaster and spa bath weren't working. We were also unlucky with neighbors in the next apartment, they were extremely noisy with no regard for anybody else. Nevertheless the plus points were the apartment was cosy and clean right in the centre of the resort with easy access to the slopes. You can also ski/board all the way back the apartment, this would have been helpful to know, we just discovered it on the last day. Weather was great all week which always helps. Another great week in Avoriaz.

Wohnung und Umgebung mit guter Infrastruktur, perfekte Lage (Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe). Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gemessen an der geringen Grösse umfangreich, zwar mit Herz ausgestattet, aber teilweise abgenutzt (z.B. Türen und Fenster schliessen schlecht, Küchenutensilien nur fragwürdig gereinigt).

Tout à proximité sans voiture avec vue imprenable sur la montagne !

Appartement avec balcon idéalement situé au 6ème étage plein sud sans vis-à-vis dans la rue principale de cette station exclusivement piétonne. Office de tourisme, superette bien achalandée, boulangerie, boutiques, plaine de jeux, bars / restaurants, cinéma, bowling, aquariaz, mini-golf / golf, équitation, parkings couverts, réseau de télésièges ... accessibles à pieds en quelques secondes / minutes à peine. Animations régulières gratuites proposées par l'équipe d'animation de la station : pot de bienvenue, jeux apéro, zumba, gym, braderie, feu d'artifice du 14 juillet ... Propriétaire fort sympathique. Nous recommandons cette adresse, séjour idéal notamment pour famille avec de jeunes enfants / des ados.

Great apartment

Great practical apartment for a family of four. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped given it's size. The apartment is in a good location just across from the tourism and ski ticket office along with all the usual shops and ski hire in really close proximity. Pretty much ski to/from door/entrance into the apartment block. There is a good view from the balcony and we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again.

Très bon emplacement et appartement tout confort "Cosy"

On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Les plus : le contact avec la gérante, la facilité de remise des clés, le petit dej offert (même si on n'a pas pu en profiter), les draps "comme à la maison", les nombreux rangements, les équipements (il y a même un lave-linge), l'emplacement est au top, mais parfois un peu bruyant), le grand balcon, la baignoire avec Jakuzzi (mais on n'a pas réussi à le faire marcher),. Les moins : les casiers à skis sont beaucoup trop petits et on doit donc ramener les chaussures à l'appart, il n'y a pas de place pour chausser sur place. Le micro-ondes a été remplacé par un vrai four que je trouve personnellement moins pratique. Les lits sont un peu petits (j'ai des grands gars avec moi lol). Les ascenseurs sont parfois un peu capricieux. Au total, je recommande !!
