「The room was clean, staff ok but the $40 I spent on a long bath was horrible. Staff was loud and sprayed me while cleaning the tub next door. There was a problem client that was in and out of her tub due to heat. She should have left. I have been many times prior without a bad experience. This was definitely a bad experience.
