Your home is centrally located on Great Exuma located 1/10 of a mile from the airport, 15 minutes from George Town and 10 minutes from the Sandals Resort and Golf Course and Emerald Bay Marina.
Located on the ocean front your home is in a small private development of just 7 units and offers a private pool, Jacuzzi and large patio. The over sized pool and patio offer a range of patio and lounge furniture. Enjoy sunning on a single or double lounge chair or keep cool under one of our 4 umbrellas. You will be tempted to walk the sugar-like white beach to enjoy the solitude and the sea breeze that will remove any stress brought by every day life.
The second floor master bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk in shower a king size bed that faces the large French doors that opens up to your private deck. Enjoy morning coffee on your deck while watching the sunrise over the multi-blue colored ocean.
The second upstairs bedroom suite offers a private bath, deck and queen size bed. The loft is a great place to read and with a Day bed that makes into a King size bed. The main level bedroom offers a private bath, patio and twin beds and is ideal for children or those that want or need one leveling living.
Consider renting a boat to explore Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island (join the locals and visitors alike on Sunday for the Pig Roast on Stocking Island at the Chat N' Chill) You will also enjoy Crab Cay and the many other beautiful coves and cays only minutes away. The less adventurous can take one of the water taxis to some of the same places, enjoying the local hospitality at one of the beach bars. The crystalline waters of the entire Harbor offer excellent snorkeling. (Elizabeth Harbor is one of the premier cruising destinations in the world.) Fishermen will enjoy fishing for large bonefish nearby by wading flats or from a boat, either on your own or with a guide. In addition, great deep sea fishing is only minutes away, available by charter. Scuba diving is also available.
Be sure to explore Little Exuma and keep your eye out for Johnny Depp or other members of the cast of Pirates of The Caribbean.

A number of grocery stores in George Town stock all the items you will need for a vacation, but you will certainly want to eat out at the many wonderful local restaurants. We have provided a guest book with information on transportation, restaurants, night spots and things to do so you may fully enjoy Great Exuma.
