“My room had a smell and a lot of stains on the floor and furniture. The pool was ice cold but very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. Stay away from room 121!”

“Sticky surfaces had to be wiped clean. Room phone had some sort of sauce dripped on it. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in room was behind bed, so had to scoot it to charge phone. TV had to be plugged in, as it shared an outlet with the microwave and fridge. Poor lighting. Didn't touch the a/c, but room temp was comfortable. Requested king size bed and got room with 2 queens. Only staff member seen was friendly and helpful. Never checked to see if bfast was served.”

“I usually stay at this property several times a year when I am coming to visit family. This really is the first time things seems to be out of the ordinary, so hopefully when I return things will have improved. The elevators were not working, so I had to take luggage up 3 floors. Marijuana smell was pretty prevalent in the stairwell the entire time I stayed. My coffee maker in the room was not working properly. “The property is under construction, we were woken up by pounding and sounded like Jack hammering on the fourth floor, half the fourth floor was under construction. The first night we went down to get breakfast at 9 o’clock and even though when we checked in they said that the breakfast went to 930 there was no food to be had and when I asked the worker, he said that breakfast was only until 9. when I challenged him, he said oh yes, 930, mission. “There was no signal for the TV. We called the front desk. The person at the front desk said someone would be right up. Nobody showed up. The bed sagged in the middle. You had to set on the very edge of the bed or you fell back into it. The pool was nice. Nobody was there so we had it to ourselves.”
