“My wife and I stayed at 819 Fairway Lakes Drive with our son for our recent vacation in Niceville and absolutely loved it! We are looking to move to the Bluewater Bay area in the future and wanted to stay in one of the neighborhoods and get a feel for the community and this house was a perfect fit. Our 20 month old son loved the open floor plan and had a blast running around and chasing his toys through the living room. The beds are very comfortable, and everything felt homey. “The best part of this property was our ability to stay next to the "Mansion" where a family wedding was being held and be part of the party and yet have our own space. The guest house is located steps from the main house. That being said, the house needs updates and remodeling. The "shimmer" paint in dark colors is not attractive and makes it feel dark and dated. The bedrooms only have a bed and small table and a rolling desk chair. There aren't any nightstands or dressers, so nowhere to put……
