The staff was wonderful, even prepared us some sandwiches because we had to leave so early and couldn’t join for breakfast. "Staff were excellent, but for the presedential suite the room itself was quite small. The hot tub water was cold 2 out of 3 of the days, but speaking with staff it was fixed for the final night & was lovely & warm. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people moving around in the hallway or entering rooms. The location is good. Good facillties in the room including fridge, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. "
