"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location. "El hotel es hermoso, el check-in rapido y facil. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy comodas. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno, con muchas opciones de comida y delicioso. El hotel esta muy cercano a la estacion central de tren lo cual lo hace muy conveniente para caminar con maletas. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
