“Nice staff and service. There are many restaurants nearby, you also can find Donki, supermarkets and other small grocery stores within a short walk. convenient location but not very crowded as city center. ”

“Can't say enough good things about this place. Cheaper but way bigger than other hotels I've been to in Tokyo. Very new. Very clean. Bathroom looks great. Has a kitchen. Has a washing machine. Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again.”

“quite fat from train station.
The chair in the room is not comfortable.
However, its a good place for living since there are a small kitchen and washing machine in the room.”

“Overall a very good and convenient hotel in Ayase! Lots of restaurants and stores around, really closed to Ayase station, and the living conditions are comfortable. Would be better if a clearer instruction can be provided regarding how to access the service counter, which is on the 2/F. And the fact that a curtain can be added between the bath tub and washroom area, so that water can be separated from the washroom, and it can be used by two people at the same time.”
