Also, there are other houses next to the Lodge. People make noise. Need ear plugs. You need a car or scooter for transportation. " Great place to stay on the island. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to Matira Beach, as well as great dining spots like Lucky House. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Breakfast has limited options, and the menu is fairly simple, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore, so it’s not a major issue. There’s also an Avis location about 10 minutes away where you can rent a car or a motorcycle, which is very convenient for getting around. "

"Wonderful property and would definitely stay again! Beautiful rooms and water. You can see sunrise from your room, and then walk 5 minutes away to the most amazing public peach to see the sunset. There are 2 good restaurants on the property, but I also appreciated the ability to leave and try other things as well as a grocery store nearby. All our tours also picked us up directly from the property as well. Highly recommend!"
