“La alberca estaba en mantenimiento pero comentaron que a finales de mes estará lista, ojalá que si, porque tengo muchas ganas de regresar. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y el personal fue muy atento y amable. Sin duda, me volveré a quedar ahí.”

“This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.”

“Wunderschöne Unterkunft, die alleine Grund genug ist, mindestens eine Nacht in Izamal zu verbringen (die Stadt ist auch schön). Eine unglaubliche Ruhe, ein wunderschöne Anlage. Alles sehr bewusst angelegt und eingerichtet, mit Blick auf Maya-Traditionen. Wir würden kostenlos vom Tren Maya abgeholt und es besteht eine kostengünstige Taximöglichkeit ins Zentrum. Leckeres Frühstück (gegen Gebühr) und unfassbar liebe Gastgeber. Der Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten draußen sind auch klasse. Kann ich nur……

“Muy buen lugar, solo el desayuno incluido que pagas no es tan variable pero el restaurante que tienen consigues más variedad, agregaría platillos al desayuno o no pagaría el desayuno e iría a pedir de la carta”

“Pagie una habitación "De Lujo" y pedi cambio no servia el AA. El telefono sin linea. La recepcionista desconoce que hay en las habitaciones en cuanto a articulos de apoyo como la plancha, no fue receptiva incluso no sabe de areas como restaurantes. Ya que el lugar tiene horario muy limitado para su cafeteria, llegue a las 7 pm. Aceptable pero no vuelvo. Nota: el Recepcionista matutino, mas empatico y atento.”

“It was a really pretty little place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside- but once you go in it’s actually pretty spacious and nice. The room was spacious and had a wooden shutter on the door that was pretty cool. There were two cats hanging out in there- a white and black one. Both very cute, very sweet. Say hello to them if you go! :) Wash your hands after though :) Very nice staff- patient with english speakers. :)”

“La habitación limpia. Me hospede 5 dias y solo cambiaron las sábanas 1 vez lo mismo con las toallas. Si buscas hotel con estacionamiento no cuentan la zona es muy segura y puedes dejar dl carro en la calle pero diría que es un buen hotel.”
