「While this is an older resort, the staff was extremely couteous and attentive. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping attended them every day. The front desk staff were very helpful and put us in touch with very competent transportation, as the resort is a bit off the beaten track, which added to its appeal for us. The food was excellent and the wait staff made every meal special. There were plenty of options for us. They made a great vacation that much better.」

「We are staying in Mérida for the month and wanted a getaway at the beach for a few days for New Year’s. LobLob was perfect. Great beach huts in a stunningly beautiful location far from other residences. Quiet, good food, sea breezes, and that clean sea smell. Our host, Marcos, was attentive and kind. A lovely combination. 」

「Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.」

「The staff is friendly and professional. Ricardo, who is in charge of the hacienda went above and beyond expectations. He made us feel very special as he catered to our needs, assuring the relaxing time we were looking during our stay. The breakfast is made to order with good options. We had the opportunity to reserve the dinners during our stay. The experience was delightful with candles illuminating the dining area, excellent choices for the background music and great service. 「Perfect paradise a short walk away from the town centre. The property is a litoral Garden of Eden with fountains, statues and decorations in every nook and cranny. My only possible complaints would be the lack of water pressure and hot water in the shower (Guestroom name: Anor) and the neighbours lighting firecrackers daytime and evening. But these things don't bother me as I am a seasoned traveler. Thank you Macan Ché, I look forward to staying with you again!」

「Clean room, Staff helpfull/friendly. An old building but well appointed. No elevators, great location. No Ubers but cabs readily available. Ask for all date rain for those wanting effective, knowledgeable transportation.」
