The villa has complete privacy and breathtaking views over the natural park and the small villages on the hills beyond. On the large terrace of the architect-designed garden you can relax on the luxurious beds, the double four-poster bed or at the spacious dining table. The typical Provencal villa has four spacious and attractive bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. In the basement is the 4th bedroom, also with private bathroom. The living room is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is still completely in Provencal style, and equipped with all modern appliances.

The villa has a spacious entrance and parking space for 4 cars. You enter the spacious hall, with a direct view through to the cozy and stylishly decorated living room. There is a fireplace, television with all international (including Dutch!) channels and a dining table for 8 people. Of course there is wifi available. From the living room you already have a view of the valley and Grasse. Through the large open doors you step onto the terrace. In the shade you will find the large outdoor table for 8 people. A large gas barbecue is ready for use.

The swimming pool of 75 (!) m2 is surrounded by a large terrace where the sun is all day. Along the swimming pool you will find on the large terrace luxurious and comfortable sunbeds and a double canopy bed. The pool is equipped with an alarm system. For the children there is a large trampoline, and there is also a table tennis table that can be used both indoors and outdoors.

The kitchen is still typically Provencal, and spacious with all kinds of appliances. Of course with oven, microwave and dishwasher, but also eg a Nespresso machine with milk frother, blender etc.

In the hall is a separate toilet and through the hallway you reach the first two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 spacious, with a double king size bed and patio doors to the terrace and pool. There is ample closet space. The adjoining bathroom has a bath, separate shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed and patio doors to the garden. The private bathroom has a sink and shower.

On the first floor is bedroom 3, also the largest of all bedrooms. This bedroom also has a king-size bed and spacious closets. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A glass sliding door gives access to the large balcony, with again the breathtaking views over the natural park, the villages and Grasse.

In the basement are the washing machine and dryer. Adjacent are bedroom and bathroom 4. This bedroom has two single beds and is comfortably furnished.

Of course there is also an -adjustable- cot and a child's chair in the house.
