Knotty and Nice

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was extremely musty smelling upon arrival, had to open all windows and use fans to get fresh air in as my family has asthma. Neighbors were rude, and partying late woke me up at 2:30 am as they were screaming and splashing in the water about 50 ft from the open windows. Supposedly the neighborhood has quiet hours after 9 but not really. A large rotted tree branch fell and just missed my truck by about 18 inches. No real privacy as the houses are right on top of each other, with one neighbor constantly watching out the window, kinda creepy actually. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Smoke detector battery failed in the master bedroom, would expect the battery to be changed frequently in a rental property...
