We're delighted to have you as our guest and want to make your stay enjoyable. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas if you need to smoke. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if evidence of smoking indoors is found.

Respect Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of other residents and neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keep noise levels low during these times.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our home due to potential allergies and sensitivities. We appreciate your understanding.

Guest Limit: The reservation is confirmed for the number of guests specified in the booking. (Max 6 People) Please notify us in advance of any additional guests or visitors. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval.

Care for the Space: We take pride in our rental and hope you will too. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and leaving the space as you found it. Please report any accidental damage or breakage.

Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after cooking. Dishes should be washed and put away, and countertops wiped down.

Check-out Guidelines: Check-out time is at 10 AM unless otherwise agreed upon.

Safety and Security: For security reasons, please ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed and locked when leaving the premises. Do not share the access codes with anyone outside your party.

Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, heating, and air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the property.
