「Staff was great, very clean, location is very good. Will come back for sure.」

「Great place to stay, super clean, spacious and comfortable!」

「Nice place! Communication with the host was excellent. If you are short, be aware the bed is tall. Comfortable but too tall to sit on to put your socks on. Would not stop me from staying there again. didn't use the pool but I have to rate it to post this. 」

「great quite place super clean and the breakfast was perfect. No complaints」

「Thanks, we had a great stay.」

「What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,...

「We had everything we needed there. Very roomy. Good location. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was there isn’t any closest space. All the closets in the master are locked and we had to use the coat closet downstairs. Also better selection of television programming. Very clean. Lovely landscaping. 」

「This is a nice, well-appointed home. The living spaces have been refreshed and made to feel familiar and comfortable. Pool access, keyless entry, hi-speed internet with a great TV. The complex was very quiet and nicely close to town. We’ll stay again!」

「We were very happy with this Tahoe property. It was very clean and comfortable. Parking was close to the unit and we really liked that for unpacking the car. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The property around the unit was nice and woodsy and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were available but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. We really enjoyed our stay there and would like to return again someday.」

「Our Family had a quick weekend at the lake and felt like we were in our own home with everything that was provided. Also, the beds were so comfy. And being summer with a little heat, the cooling units and fans were much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio beneath the pines and beside the flowing creek. The hosts were super responsive. We will keep this unit on our “return to” list.」

「The host was very responsive. It was a clean, small, and cozy house. The master bedroom is on the top floor, and the stairs are pretty steep, be careful with your shins! The upstairs bedroom is the only bedroom with a TV, besides the TV in the living room. Each room has a fan, which was a nice touch. There are also board games available for some extra entertainment and the hot tub was a great bonus and very nice to relax in. The kitchen was also very nice and well kept.」

「We had a great time at this place. 」

「Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy.」

「This was our second time booking this home; it gave us a sense of “home being away from home.” It had all the necessities one needs. There was a nice, hot day and was relieved we had a blender to make smoothies! It is family friendly and close to Northstar which was perfect for our ski/snowboarding getaways. There are a lot of places to eat within a 10-30 minute drive. Would love to book this place again if it is offered during the summer time as we’ve never stayed in Lake Tahoe during that...
