「It was okay. The room had high ceilings, definitely felt smaller than 600sqft. I appreciated that it was pet friendly, I did not appreciate being told there was a “$100 deposit” only to have my reciept at the end of the stay say “$100 pet cleaning fee.” That feels dishonest when we left our room spotless. There were two Valets when I stayed, one was great. One valet was awkward, seemed high or just spaced out of it. He’d watch from the inside while I struggled with a baby, a dog and whatever...

「We stayed 3 nights. The first night was the air conditioner was making noise. We went out the second day, came back our room was warm. It didn't work. The front desk clerk came in said we could move to a different room. We had to pack up all our things and move. Got to the other room and that air conditioner didn't work. Had to pack up again and move to another room. Not a pleasant trip.」

「Considering the hotel is not part of a chain and is in downtown St. Paul, I think the prices and amenities offered were great, particularly the hot breakfast.
