「I had reservation there when I arrive they didn't even want to receive me I had to wait I made my payment online a month ago they even received that this was already paid transport the driver didn't want help me upload my items also I didn't even know where we were going he charges extra」

「Very nice and clean environment, rooms are big with enough space. Customer service is perfect. Receptionist are bilingual and answer your questions as expected.」

「I enjoyed the pool.」

「It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service 」

「Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.」

「Fairly good overall. I am going back in about one week.」
