Absolutely amazing welcome. The staff were fantastic and made our stay. This is a real break from everything . The grounds and accommodations were wonderful. We will be back.
Lovely setting at the Mary River, cabin was spacious and clean, comfy beds and pillows. Nice pool for that set of villas only. Shame the restuarant wasnt open, but pub just down the road, no wifi.
The pool was green and murky. The furniture old and dated. No chef in restaurant so not open for meals. Staff were vague when enquiring about things. TV cord didn't reach the plug so no TV. Thank goodness we had an extension cord in our luggage.
I was disgusted with the whole stay as they were not ready for us with the manager not on site to check in, restaurant
Not open and basic amenities not working properly.
Was informed that they were not taking bookings but yet still took ours and as a result didn’t stay our second night and what a full refund

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Be careful booking this
We arrived for a long weekend getaway to find out our room had been double-booked. We were told our booking had been cancelled once arriving and they could not accommodate us. No attempts to help or offer a solution.
No one phoned us beforehand to notify us when cancelling so we could have at least had some time to make other plans and get a refund. It was so poorly handled.
Just had to drive the long journey home and call Hotels.com the next day to even get an offer for a booking reschedule. No interest in trying to stay here again: it was too stressful and incredibly disappointing service.
They even said we weren’t the first people this had happened to. So they just cancel bookings made on Hotels.com and say bad luck when you arrive.
Amazing spacious cabin, with beautiful views of park and wildlife. Comfortable bed and pillows. Light and airy.
Would help to have utensils in communal BBQ area and cleaning products to wipe down bench and wash up. Unfortunately cant pack these things into a suitcase when flying. Otherwise would reccommend as relaxing and peacefull.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Some mix up with our booking - had to wait 45 minutes for manager to arrive.
Complimentary bottle of wine - sorry but it tasted awful had to be thrown out.
Directions on the map are hard to read
No restaurant or bar on site - none that was open
Ants in the room/bugs even with doors/windows closed
Nice to see kangaroos and wallabies around the site
Great restaurant down the road with a live crocodile
Overall with the mix up on booking?? Disappointed with our stay
It would appear new management had taken over this accomodation.
This place has so much potential.I hope management sort it out as it is a beautiful and tranquill location
Peaceful and relaxing environment.Local wallabies. On booking was not told there was no restaurant open.Had to drive to get food/drinks and evening meal and breakfast.Tea,coffee, milk was provided but no cups! Air conditioner was noisy. Is rated 4 star but was well below par. Over priced for what was delivered.Would have asked for compensation but no staff or reception personnel were not on site.
It is disgraceful that wotif would not refund my money for this booking. I had no chance of getting to NT from Sydney during the current Covid-19 lockdown, wotif wouldn't even reply to my email request for a refund. I will never book anything through wotif again.
A beautiful location right beside the Mary River. Peaceful and quiet. Cabins were roomy and well fitted out. A minor detail was that one light didn’t work. It was wonderful to have the air conditioner turned on when we arrived. Helpful staff when we needed to make a booking for the wonderful wetlands cruise.
