“Noisy neighbors into multiple nights and all Kim the manager Kim did was complain to me! Place needs lots of updating. They forgot to clean my room one day and offered no concessions.”

“Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer.”

“安全安静，非常好的区，方便”

“The hotel could need a update, Many small items was broken and a cleaning of the outside facade of the hotel is needed. It was nearly possibly to look out the windows due to a thind layer of dirt. The staff was very good, really good from reception, the restaurant to the staff cleaning the rooms. Our Room was very clean.”

“It's really make us suprise about their poor secvices. If you are sure you want to discovery how worse of this hotel, I am sure this is the one you can consider otherwise pls change your plan. That what I NEED to remind you...”

“The stay was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly, polite. I really enjoyed my stay at Regal Inn.”

“Le personnel est très gentil. Chambre correcte pour le nombre d’étoiles mais petite. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. Bien situé par rapport au Gateway Mall. Service de blanchisserie ne fonctionne pas le week-end”

“Staff was great and very helpful.Would recommend”

“酒店很好”

“The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed ”

“We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you ”
