「Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+」

「We stayed here for 5 nights and were greeted by a lovely card with details of local events. Communication was excellent and the hosts were lovely local people, we had easy access if we required any assistance. Access to the property was simple as was parking. This gorgeous little two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it felt like home rather than a hotel. 「Had a fantastic stay, the accommodation was spotless. Great private garden with hot tub. Owner Alan was fantastic, showed me round the property, was shown how hot tub worked. Everything was provided to make it a lovely relaxing holiday. Plenty nice cafes and shops in edzell to get everything needed. Great base for travelling round and visiting nearby towns. Bed was so comfy, it was warm when I stayed but the bothy was lovely and cool. Will definitely be back for another visit. Best relaxing...

「Super flat in a lovely, perfect location for town amenities and for dogs. Flat was very well equipped with modcons including Wifi and Netflix. For some reason I could not get free view on the TV so in between Netflix films I was watching NBNews and AfricanNews! Really recommend this property for a holiday in Edzell.」

「Home as described, very quiet area, plenty of space for dogwalks. Caravan has everything to live all the year arround: washing machine, central heating very comfy beds. Hope to come here again」

「Wir haben eine Woche in "the old laundry" Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage ist idyllisch, direkt an einem Fluss gelegen und mitten in der Wildnis! Auf sechs Meilen gibt es keinen Handy- oder Internetempfang, man ist also von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten und kann ganz die Natur genießen. Leider waren beim Check-In keine Handtücher da, weshalb wir noch einmal bis Dykehead fahren mussten, um den Vermieter zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war im März sehr kalt und es hat lange gebraucht, bis der kleine Ofen heiß...

「Property had everything we needed during our stay and had the added bonus of a hot tub. Great place to stay for a large group and plenty of space for the kids to run around. All the rooms were big so plenty of space. Location was great to get into the countyside and cloae to local shop. Would recomend anyone with a familty to stay.」

「Very friendly staff. Lovely meal in bar on Friday night. Flexible about breakfast timings on Sunday as we had been at a wedding until late Saturday. Not a fancy place but cosy and pleasant.」
