Room is decent. Bathroom walls with plaster repair exposed but not painted. Door handles loose, switch plates broken, nothing major but I think shows a lack of attention to detail. Breakfast was not good at all. Just stick to the yogurt cups and maybe the fruit.

The room was clean, the air felt great, and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long day and night at a dance competition. My 12-yr old loved the waffle machine and hot sausage and eggs for breakfast. The pool area looks like it’s being renovated, but was still open and swimmable. Overall, for the price, it was well worth the stay. The staff was very friendly and kind.

The room was clean. The hotel Lacked up keep of maintenance such as dripping water from the ceiling in the lobby & a broken ice machine. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool didn’t have enough towels to dry off for the amount of people using it.

Check-in was quick. Staff never smiled; they do not like people but are in the hospitality business. Room and floor very quiet while we were there. Ice bin out of commission. Shower curtain couldn’t keep water inside tub. Had to mop up. Only two towels in room. Security and locks on room door did not seem secure! Couldn’t access back parking lot due to disabled building badge access. Single women want to stay in safe and secure buildings. Did not try breakfast amenities. The room was clean. The a/c worked well in the room. Check out was quick. Could have been friendlier!

The place stinks,they don’t give you towels when you ask for more they only put like 5 towels in the pool area and when you are in the lobby or anywhere else in the place they stare and you and don’t speak when spoken too this was a one time for us never again.

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at. My room had a smoky smell 🚭. The pajamas I slept in still carry that smell. The bed sheets and towels were dirty. The breakfast was disappointing. Expedia should consider removing this hotel from its listings. It was a disservice to anyone who paid over $120 for this stay.

It looked like the room hadnt been cleaned. There were stains behind the toilet and in the shower. Hair was coming out of the drain and sink was grimy. Eveything else was pretty average otherwise, just felt unlclean, even in places like the elevator or hallway.
