“1.這裡大門安檢人員的水平很低，粗魯地拒絕了很多客人所帶的東西，沒辦法回答客人的問題，只會不斷重複說「這是規定」，從一開始就毀了我們的心情。
2. 退房的當天我們有東西遺留在飯店，我們打電話請飯店人員協助尋找，也是很敷衍的說會幫我們確認並回電，過了一整天都沒有接到任何電話。
這種服務水平完全稱不上是五星級飯店。”

“Absolutely perfect for a quick stopover. This no-frills hotel hits all the essentials: it's budget-friendly, just minutes from the airport, and offers exactly what you need—a clean room, a hot shower, and a comfy bed. Nothing fancy, and that’s the beauty of it. The staff? Genuinely outstanding. They went above and beyond for a clueless traveler without local currency, even stepping in to make sure the cab fare stayed fair. When all you need is a safe, simple place to rest your head before your……

“A Wonderful Stay ❤️
I had a really lovely stay here. The area is peaceful and quiet, the place is very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere is simply relaxing.
A special thank you to Coco, who takes great care of the place and is always there to help and make sure all the guests have everything they need. She and her mother are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable, almost like you’re staying in a home away from home.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this……

“Good value for money. Sits on the same Dead sea with the same swimming experience but you pay much less than the big names like Holiday inn. Almira restaurant is a hidden jewel. Try jarjir with strawberry salad for the full experience. Some small things might not be working occasionally (cattle in the room) but it doesnt spoil much your experience .”
