「The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. 「The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room. We complained to you and the owner. He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room. It was very unhealthy to stay there. I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything. Absolutely awful!!
