Great location, beautiful house

Our family had a very pleasant stay. We were in town for a family milestone event and everyone from grandma to the adult aged grand kids found the house comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed recapping the weekends events over morning coffee on the screened in porch. The location is very convenient and in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. I would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again with you.

Family Fun and Comfort

Our recent trip to Charleston for our grandson’s wedding was made even more special by staying at this property! Great location in Mount Pleasant with shopping nearby and quick access to 17South for our wedding events. House is spacious, bright, comfortable and well laid out for family members who need their own space as well as a great place to gather! I highly recommend It!!

Great House- Near Charleston and Shem Creek

Great property with nice amenities for a large family or group of friends. I would recommend a wifi extender for the upstairs bedrooms and a thorough cleaning of the outside of the house where lots of spider webs and bugs have made a mess. Take your beach towels as Sullivan's Island beach is only 20mins away and a lovely place to visit. This is a new development so the Uber drivers have a hard time finding.

Just Beautiful

This home was everything it said it was. The place was nice, bright and spacious. The kitchen was our meeting point, it is the center of the house. There was more then enough space for my family. If you wanted to be by yourself you could find a place for that or if you wanted to be with your group there was a place for that. The bathrooms are clean and big, each bedrooms has their own bathroom and it not some small space. The décor was just right not over the top, the floors were clean. We grilled in the back, you are able to sit outside on the deck that is enclosed. You are close to stores, we did have to drive a ways to get to Ferry Beach. The only issue we had was only 1 of the TV's had cable the other TV's you had to have some kind of streaming service.

Much Needed Downtime

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the Silver Lotus as well as the sites in the Charleston, Mt Pleasant and Isle of Palms area. The house was excellent and the Concierges did an outstanding job and was very accommodating during our stay. If we are ever in the area again, I will choose this place for my stay.

Perfect Charleston Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property! It's centrally located which offers visitors both a beach vacation and opportunities to explore a great city. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home! Everything was very nicely furnished, in the kitchen, linens, etc! My only comment might be that the upstairs TVs didn’t work. We tried both of them, all different combinations of the remotes, and cable or the apps, etc. However, it was late at night, and not necessary to contact the Concierge Team. We were busy with wedding activities thru the weekend. Overall, fantastic home!
