「Check in process is slow. No phone in the room. No breakfast is available. The restaurant was fully booked so we could not have dinner at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Located near the park entrance, instruction given for after hours check in but the assigned property is a bit tricky to find in the dark. Facility was great with kitchen, washroom with jacuzzi spa, and fireplace providing heating. Overall good experience staying in this cabin right in the Cradle Mountain National Park.」

「The reception girl was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and had an electric blanket for all beds. There was also a grocery store nearby selling cooked rice and fried rice. So lucky to have this grocery store opened till late during the xmas day!」

「酒店的位置不難找，在路旁的小山坡上。車上山坡後，看到一間小屋，但沒有酒店名稱的reception，山上有幾間外表好舊的小屋，心裏很疑惑，再轉下來，用google map看一看，應該是這兒。下車往小屋走去，打算找人問問，才發現有一個信封附門匙及地圖。車泊在屋下的砂地，要走樓梯才到小屋，一打開門，房內已開了暖氣，有廚房及煮食用具，設備齊全，但煮食爐火力很慢，這是唯一不理想的地方。從房向外望，可見到山坡有羊在吃草，好悠閒舒適。洗衣免費，洗衣粉AUD$1.5，很合理。整體很滿意。」

「We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...
