"I did not use the laundry service. The gym was excellent. "

"I arrived at the hotel at 6pm and checked in. The front desk employee was less than helpful. I inquired about the WiFi, as I had a work call and she was very vague about a guest wifi that sometimes worked. I booked a king suite with water view. She gave me wrong directions to my room. I figured it out finally; the room was lit by lamps only and only 1 worked. For the price I paid, the balcony was uneven with broken furniture, the non working lighting and the unfriendly and unhelpful staff made me never want to return."

"King sized bed was comfortable. Chair in the room was missing. Elevator still not completely working. Avoid floor 3 if you dont want to use stairs."

"Most dirty hotel I have ever seen. The entire 6th floor smelt like mold and was damp, cigarettes all over the parking lot by the entrance. Years worth, looks like no one has ever picked up there before. Our room was never cleaned, gym equipment was broken, pool had a white film, and the coffee in the lobby never had cream or sugar 2 of the 3 days there. If we were able to afford it we would have left and got another hotel immediately. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes, lobby door was locked at 8:30 pm and attendant was not friendly. Bed mattress was really hard. Room was definitely dated. Place was noisy with guests who were up late. Toilet was very low to ground. Sheets and towels were clean and had mounted toiletries. Water was hot. Had coffee maker, microwave and fridge."

"It’s a beautiful property where the rooms are kept very clean. The bar and restaurant are terrific. The bar was opened until 1am on the weekends. The big downside was all the stains on chairs and couches. It looks ewww and I didn’t want to sit on any of that. Quite gross. Otherwise everything was great "
