This lake house sit 60 feet off from a sandy bottom shore with private dock for boating and swimming. Echo lake is one of the cleanest and deepest lake in central Maine. This house is large with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 2 pull out sofas, complete with all amenities. coffee pot, utensils, hair dryers, iron, linen, stove, ovens refrigerator, gas grill, firepit. It is pet friendly with pet fee. There is plenty to do. boat, fish, swim, water ski. Boats are available for rental. There is hiking, biking and walking trails. The nearest cafe and gas/convenience stores are 3 miles away. Large grocery stores are 10 minutes away and Augusta where there are shops and theaters is 20 minutes away. specular sunsets can be seen on Blueberry hill within minutes away.
