Unique and very new room with all amenities you could think of. Pool was great and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe in the area. Plus pool was very refreshing an comforting. We come back soon.
The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at the kindest staff
The rooms were immaculate, if love wellness this hotel is for you, the hot tub, sauna, and indoor jet tub in the top floor suite were amazing and for a great price for what you get.
Amazing hotel. Stretegicaly near Pompei, with a GREAT breakfast. The rooms are brand new, exactly as the pictures present. The staff is very diligent and always ready to assist.
This was the most stunning place we stayed over the last month of our Europe trip. We loved the private roof top terrace with hot tub, the sauna and massive jacuzzi and steam shower. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the complimentary breakfast was so good. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday
Hotel was excellent, really clean, friendly staff. Good AC and spacious room. We were at the front near the road but noise didn’t bother us. Hot tub and pool outside was out favourite part of the stay, So nice after a busy day out! And a view of Vesuvius to top it off. 10 minute walk from Leopardi and Trecase train stations. Worth noting that you have to change at Torre Annunziata to get to Pompei Scavi (old pompeii) or Sorrento. But direct the other direction to and from Naples. Breakfast nice, warm pastries, continental breakfast selection and coffee/tea and juices available. Overall feels like a real hidden gem in the area. A few eating places nearby, enjoyed a takeaway pizza from Frotetellis nearby! Capri Blu was also lovely. Supermarket not too far either.
The hot tub suite was amazing. The view of Vesuvius is second to none. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nearby restaurants open late. Grocery store very close by.
Staff was in contact and made landing and transportation from airport as stress free as possible. The view is amazing and you feel like your in you own world. Everything you need right there. Highly recommend taking a couple days here before exploring the rest of Italy. Take a trip to Pompei. Eat pizza while sitting in a rooftop Jacuzzi enjoying the views.
Transportation was a 15 minute walk to the station, no buses go by which is not great. There are a few places to eat if you walk more south 15 minutes. The staff are nice. The breakfast included i would say is not the best but is something. The hotel room i stayed in was spacious and very clean and AC. the bathroom was great and had nice hot or cold water. The stay overall was good. Very secure hotel and has a pool you can use for free. A suggestion would be to have a Laundry Room for guests to use at a reasonable cost. I had been traveling all over Europa and needed to wash my clothes but the closest Laundry place was 15 minute walk and a bit expensive for 1 load. But overall enjoyed my stay left safe to stay and very comfortable room.
Before we arrived at the hotel, there was great communication through messages.
I wanted to end our honeymoon with something extra in the room. I booked the large suite, and the room was very nice. They had arranged bubbles, a fruit platter, and decorated the room with candles, balloons, a pleasant scent, and rose petals on the bed. The suite had a great view of both the sea and the beautiful Mount Vesuvius.
We were welcomed with excellent service, and the hotel was modern, clean, and well-kept. They were meticulous about cleaning the room and the jacuzzi/pool every day.
The breakfast was good with a nice selection. I forgot to mention my gluten allergy, so there weren’t many gluten-free options apart from some crackers. However, there were plenty of other good choices like yogurt, cold cuts, eggs, salad, etc.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Leopardi or Trecase train stations, which are around a 10-minute ride to Pompeii. The area’s best pizza (Vialdo) is just down the street. There are also some small shops and a few other things in the neighborhood around the hotel.
Gennaro (the hotel owner) is very service-minded, friendly, and made our stay comfortable and memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel.
Best regards,
Mikaela and Thomas
Palazzo Marage is a fantastic hotel that is very modern, very clean, with good amenities and very helpful staff. We stayed in the Exclusive Suite, which included a wet sauna, large indoor tub with jets, and a private terrace on the top floor with lounge chairs and an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub with views of Mt. Vesuvius on one side and the Gulf of Naples on the other. The 2 staff members that we interacted with were really great and went out of their way to help us, even with the mild language barrier. Breakfast was included each morning with a good selection. The hotel has their own private taxi service you can use for lower fares than other taxis. There is a grocery store a few minute's walk down the street and while the restaurant selection within a 15-minute walk radius was limited, you could still find pizza and burger joints. The only not so great thing about this hotel is the area around it, which is not within their control anyway. Seems to be a common trend around the greater Naples area for there to be trash and animal waste littered all over the sidewalks. We never felt unsafe though. All in all a great stay if you plan to largely stay there and relax, go to Pompeii or head to Mt. Vesuvius.

Dommage…
