「Nice comfortable quiet motel property undergoing needed refurbishment. I did use earplugs to deal with the very very loud (but efficient) heating/cooling unit and shower could stand an upgrade to more space and a shelf for soap and shampoo. 」

「Quite a bit of cobwebs around the place and the bench by the back door was obviously falling apart. We didn't find the beds to be very comfortable but in general it was a nice stay and I would book it again if I came to stay in Grandview again! 」

「Office help was incredibly friendly. My family and I were there to hunt and needed a room with a shower for a couple nights. Someone who is looking for more will likely be disappointed. We are from Idaho so the farm sounds, smells and whatever didn't bother us. We left before daylight and got back after dark. If you need a room and are not use to living in the Caesar Palace, this place will work fine. Just bring your own toiletries.」
