Such a beautiful place!

Such a beautiful place! It was just like the pictures and very cozy! We went to caverns and Ozark folk center during our trip but honestly would have been content staying in the whole time because how relaxing the place was!

Great rental

We’ve stayed here several times. Great peaceful location. Great fishing. Only complaint is the rock hard beds. I suggest bringing your own pillows and something to pad the beds better. Highly recommend for a great get away

Nice house. Fairly clean (just dog hair here and there, and on some blankets). Great views! Great area with quick access to everything. Definitely check river water level if planning to fish out back.. The water was very low and a good 6ft drop from edge of yard down to river.

River view & location are awesome!

We travel to Mountain View each year and exclusively stay with Ivy Vacations given the service is unmatched. Each property has always been great, and The Upper Deck did not disappoint! My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and it served well for our much needed retreat. We spent most of our time at the house since it was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The deck was my favorite location to bird watch or just watch the river go by. We definitely recommend the property and would actually love to return for a stay with our daughter.

This property is EXACTLY as pictured!

This property is EXACTLY as pictured! It has a beautiful waterfront view and we were able to fish right off the bank. It is about 18 minutes from Blanchard Springs Caverns and was easy to locate using the directions from the owner. (GPS acted a little weird as they said it would.) We only got to stay a couple nights because of work, but will definitely be back. There are tons of hiking trails as well as horseback riding and zip lining available within a 20 minute drive. I highly recommend this property!

Loved the river. Great home!

Overall the home was very nice, with a great view, water access, and very friendly neighbors. This is a pet friendly home, so if you are allergic to inside animals take this into consideration as there is lingering pet hair. The master bed mattress was very very firm and could be softer, so if you have a bad back make prior arrangements to your stay. Other than the pet hair and firm mattress, overall this home was a nice home in a great location with very friendly neighbors and a great view.

Very nice property with fantastic views. Loved the area. Would be great any time of year. We wished it was warmer and less rainy so we could rent kayaks but perhaps another time.House was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Loved the open floor plan and the deck was a nice spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.
