「We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet tank. The whole property is very run down.」

「Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.」

I really liked that he respected the privacy of each person checking in and there was a line but he was fast and efficient without losing the hospitality. The staff putting out breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean but I would suggest they go a little deeper with the cleaning. I did love that there was a deadbolt on the door as a solo female traveler it made me feel a little more secure. 」

「Even though I can sympathize with the limited amount of traffic through Clinton AR looking for overnights, this property could be stunning with some hard work. But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom.」

「Its was an okay place. Mattress was a bit hard and there were people partying in the parking lot until 3 AM and that kept me awake. It was basically fine though」

「Cute little rustic stay. We got a two bedroom cabin, each room had two queen size beds with 4 pillows each and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen had a full size fridge, 4 top burner, air fryer and Keurig. I recommend bringing extra coffee pods. The river was gorgeous and we fished from the dock all weekend. Cute little place - we'll be back! There are new owners right now who are still getting stuff set up online, but I can see all the improvements they're making.」

「After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to...
