「The pet fee per dog is very high. We already paid about $150 for the room but were told there would be a $75 fee for each of our 3 dogs. The breakfast is really basic with no hot foods, the hotel needs updates and is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facility. The pet area is not close to the hotel as well. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wytheville a week later and it was substantially cheaper, the grass area is much closer and the rooms are about the same condition. At RRI...

「We traveled with our dogs for the first time and Red Roof Inn's pet fee is substantially cheaper than most hotels. One place charges $75 per pet, while RRI the first pet is free and $15 for each dog after that. The place is very affordable, was very clean and they put us near the grassy area as well. We will absolutely be using RRI in the future when traveling with our dogs. 」

「Sink has a large crack which has been filled with grout or other material. Bed clothes and towels were clean. Carpet appeared dirty. Breakfast very limited. No black tea, fruit, or waffles. The hotel appears old and tired. Needs a renovation. Appeared to be short staffed. Expect more from a Marriott. 」

「Mmmhh, not the typical Hampton experience. Upon check in, the lobby seemed unusually small and with a group of 3-4 checking in ahead of us and my group of 6 it was tight; although I know this was probably an unusual situation-not a complaint just an observation. Parts of the hotel were being renovated while we were there and looks like it is going to be very nice; however, outside (back/side) it was the messiest site I have ever seen; this is speaking to the contractors doing the renovation...

「The pool was closed and didn’t use exercise room, so idk about that. Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches. The staff was understanding and apologetic. We booked through 3rd part so they really couldn’t do anything. Place...
