Scenic year round cabin at Lac La Nonne

"We had such a great stay! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing fishing getaway. We caught over 40 fish during our stay (although only one was big enough to keep), which definitely kept us entertained!The location was perfect, right next to the boat launch, which made getting out on the water incredibly convenient. The cabin is right on the water with gorgeous covered decks, so we could enjoy the outdoor space all day long regardless of the weather.Jenn was also very quick to respond to any messages and made everything easy. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!"

"Breakfast is a $6.00 off breakfast for only two people. If you rent the room out to 4 people, they should get 4 coupons. The waitresses at the restaurant were amazing, happy, helpful and the service was impeccable. We would stay there again."

"Our family of five stayed at this charming cabin for four nights and we had a great time. The cabin is so welcoming, clean, and there were lots of nice touches available. Communication with the host was excellent, Jodi is very responsive! We played games (there are lots provided), watched movies (there is wifi for streaming), and enjoyed the outdoors. There are lovely paths to walk along (or take the cart for a spin), a creek to cast off from, and a gorgeous view from the deck. With no other lights in the area, the nights sky full of a million stars is a must see, too.The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to make our meals, including high-quality knives, pots/pans, serving dishes and utensils, etc. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, with three beds up in the loft--there was also a fan up there to circulate the air and drown out noise going on down below. All in in all, we quite enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Valley Cabin and would certainly come back again in the future!"

"The only problem we had was nothing the hosts could do, and that was the weather. The view was amazing, the amenities were fantastic, and it was the most relaxing stay I have had in a long time.I absolutely recommend this location for anyone to stay at."

Charming Vintage Rabbit Farmhouse Escape

"We did a long weekend family trip with our adult children at this property. We loved the space and were pleasantly surprised by how many extras came with the booking. We had access to top floor of barn with table tennis, multiple lawn games, plenty of outdoor seating and eating options. The fire pit was well stocked with wood, trails around the property were well kept and we enjoyed exploring them. It's a beautiful area on the upper ridge of the Tawatinaw Valley and is within easy driving distance of several lakes. The interior is charming with its slanty, creaky floors, skinny hallways and steep stairs. It's an old house, and it's proud to be an old house, complete with antique appliances, tableware and original art. We had a great time here and look forward to returning."

"It was lovely to step into our clean, quiet cabin to discover the air conditioner running already. We so enjoyed not being connected to the world for a few days. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. Boone, our guard dog, visited us every day to get his dose of scratches and attention. We both had time to work on our particular projects. I managed eight small paintings. Super delightful."

"This was our family’s second stay at this incredible lake house, and it was even better than the first! Cathy and Don have made some wonderful improvements, and we loved being able to enjoy the dock, spend time on the water, and catch and release several fish during our stay. The SUPs added so much fun and gave us another great way to explore and enjoy the lake.Our teenage daughters couldn’t wait to return, and we are already talking about coming back next summer. The quality of the home, the beautiful location, and all the thoughtful touches have made this one of our favourite family getaway spots. We can’t wait to return and create even more memories here.Cathy is wonderful to communicate with—she is responsive, welcoming, and makes the entire experience even better. We highly recommend this lake house and look forward to staying again!"
