“I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot……

“Safe and secluded in Eperney! Parking here was the easiest in France! Our welcome was gracious and our room was extremely spacious. We had a WC and bath with robes and slippers. The courtyard was quaint for wine and or coffee. The staff went above and beyond and beyond helping us. The pool was not my favorite as it was inclosed but I can see how in normal weather it would have an advantage. Did I mention the courtyard was very nice? They also had a salon for chilling. We did not……

“Au Clos du Lac was one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful spacious room, stunning gardens and lovely pool/spa area. Anaïs was very welcoming and friendly and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A real luxury treat in a beautiful village not far from Reims and the champagne region. We’ll be back!”

“Breakfast was very good with a large choice of jams. Excellent bread and croissants. The parking was first rate suitable for long and low cars. The room and bathroom were spotless and bed was comfortable.great for overnight stop off on way back to UK.”

“This is a gem of a property, the staff are so welcoming and the accommodation is very well appointed with just 5 rooms, we stayed in Chambre No.1 which was massive it covers the first 4 windows on the first floor with 2 rooms [bedroom & sitting room] please a good bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Even though the accommodation and our room is right on front, Av. De Champagne at night there was no road traffic so we had no issues with having windows open during the night [there is AC as well……
