「The apartment is, as advertised, a very attractive basement apartment. Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall.」

「My friends and I stayed at this VRBO and enjoyed it a lot! It was well equiped with everything we needed, all the beds/rooms were super confortable, plus the host was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are looking to book with a big group of friends (we were 12 and never felt like we were stepping over each other). Also, the location is perfect, very nice view of the river and close enough to downtown fredericton!」
