High-quality linens, even including washcloths, which you don't always get in an airbnb. Options for making your coffee in the morning were nice to have. It would be great for people who are not going to be around during a hot sunny day -- the AC can't keep up. Would definitely not leave a dog in there -- like leaving a dog in a car.
