"Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect hotel, amazing location near Rosen garden, 12 mnts walking to downtown Bern, two mnts walking to bus or tram, wonderful receptionists, always cooperative and welcoming with their smiles, free ticket transportation in Bern city during all residency, free coffee and water everyday till midnight, it is really amazing hotel for friends couples or families."

"This hotel is in the center of Bern about a 5 minute walk to the train station. We flew into Zurich and took a train to Bern and walked to the hotel. Very easy and convenient. Bern is a very walkable city and also has excellent public transportation so I do not recommend renting a car. Parking is difficult and it is hard to figure out which parking spaces are legal at all times or if you need a parking permit which is region specific. The hotel is nice and offers a great breakfast (especially the beautiful breads). Fresh coffee is available 24 hours a day. In the afternoons they had a self serve bar with a wide variety of wines, beers, cocktail makings and nonalcoholic beverages and with bar snacks which looked nice although we didn't make use of their offerings."

"We had a gorgeous room with a lake view and small porch. This was suite (upgraded) room. The ceiling was super high and the room was well-appointed. The restaurant overlooks the lake and was lovely. We had great service in the restaurant and for drinks in the courtyard. We used the laundry service which was excellent but very pricey."

"Logging in at the computer terminal took far too long. The software was clunky, and the family ahead of us got so frustrated, they left before they completed their log in. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then. There is no fridge in the room but you can get one for 5 francs or you can store items for free in their fridge. "
