「The hotel was clean and facilities new and well maintained. The dining options were limited, and the mall next door didn’t have many restaurant options either, so I’d plan for this if booking. Wait staff bounced us around a lot and it took a long time to meet requests, though eventually they were met. Overall would recommend. 」

「I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. Overall, I had a good experience. The check in process was superfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the in room dining service. I found coir rope in my tabouleh which I believe is used to tie the parsley leaves. It was clear that the food was not prepared according to the hygiene standards. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene...

「The property theme was perfect for relaxing but the issue is some cabinets were broken and lose 3 lights were burnet , the electricity went off 2 times which is really not pretty for what i paid. Told the receptionist and didn’t feel that they were willing to offer something back. 」
