Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. Definitely would recommend this property to family and friends.

Amenities were great and location was perfect to explore Penang. The Chambermaid on 13th floor have done an excellent job as the room was clean and well maintained. Thank you as you have make our stay pleasant and comfortable. 👍👍👍👍👍
