The hotel is very nice with nice design. Staff are so friendly and helpful and provide a lot of background info of the hotel. Breakfast and free briefing session included. Room is tidy and clean. But the hot water supply in the shower room is not stable indeed. Other than that everything is great

Overall very good, slightly far away from George Town but since I am going everywhere by Grab so it doesn’t bother me.
One point to improve is the hot water didn’t last for too long (around 10-15mins)

Hotel Excellent location off Penang Road, lots of places to eat, near shopping mall and walk to heritage history. Hotel clean, very relaxing, breakfast excellent, staff very helpful.
