"Clean room"

"Be aware that the rooms facing the city have no balcony. We upgraded on check-in and had a lovely balcony looking over the pools and sea. The hotel wasn’t full so there were plenty of sunbeds and breakfast was quiet even at peak hour! Plenty of food choices and the staff were friendly. There is no beach access due to erosion but the grounds are fine and pools looked lovely. Plenty of places to eat and drink just outside the hotel so make sure you explore. Grabs are plentiful and it’s only a 10 min drive to the butterfly farm and Batik cultural factory."

"There was absolutely no hot water available in our room on both the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel. Staff was not able to rectify the issue promptly. No feasible solutions nor alternatives were made by the staff. Had to endure 2 nights of not able to take a hot shower and clean up in the night. The staff promised this would not happen on the 2nd night, but unfortunately the issue occurred again on 2nd night. Most terrible experience we ever had in Malaysia! Highly advised travellers to think twice and be prepared to face cold showers if you stay here."

"Staff are friendly. Amenities are adequate. Location of the hotel is good with restaurants and shops nearby. However, bed linen and towels seem "yellowish" which leaves a bad impression. "
