"The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful."

"Got coin laundry just on the first floor, very convenient. Also, each room is equip with a tank of water for refill, no need to purchase whater, simply brong in empty water bottle. Sounding have many places to eat, including authentic penang food."

"I had a really nice four night stay at this hotel! The staff were accommodating and friendly, and my room was big and comfortable, and it had a huge bed. The pool was awesome with a nice view. I ate at the restaurant twice ... the food was just okay. The location is perfect for walking around Georgetown. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!"

"今年二月先開嘅酒店，以為佢樣樣都好新，但房間清潔一般，房間冷氣好大，吹到個頭成晚都瞓得唔係咁好，同埋好多唔知係唔係變壓器嘅聲好嘈，瞓得麻麻。洗手間唔算好大，浴室開門成日撞到個花灑頭，整體一般。酒店附近沒有什麼餐廳或便利店之類的東西。 早餐可以吧"
