Everything is okay, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Only one thing to improve, breakfast quality is not up to a 5 stars hotel standard. The hard boiled egg is cold, egg station serving is slow, other foods not appetizing and poor taste although wide selection. We totally not taken the breakfast the next day.

Went as a couple to relax. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and attentive. Food for the room service was delicious too. The room and sea view was superb although it was hazy. Couldn’t ask for more.

Loved the views

Plung pool on balcony and views along coastline are amazing. The size of the suite is huge. Food in restaurant was lovely. Not much to do in local area but bus shops outside, which also goes to airport and Georgetown. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from Dimsum, eggs station, cereal, fruit and Danish treats. Definitely would stay again.

Love this property because its close to the airport and has bedrooms which has dip in pool. They have western as well as local food selection in their restaurant menu. the hotel also have great spa, gym and pool facility. In fact there indoor playarea which are suitable for kids 7 and below! They have KTV rooms for the guest if anyone fancy a sing along! The view from the rooftop bar is phenomenal. If someone would like to try some seafood restuartant there is lovely place very near by called Khunthai. Overall its convenient and pretty and suitable for solo travellers or families!

Private swimming pool on the balcony

Hotel is located very close to the airport which was convenient. Not much around near the hotel however, we didn't adventure out so didn't bother us. We had our own private pool on the balcony plus a private steam room which was the main reason we booked. Breakfast buffet had many options and was continuously topped up. They even had ice cream which was unique. Would come again and would recommend to others, especially if you want a private pool to yourself.

Nice hotel for couples

It was clean, staff was super friendly. Only negative would be that rooms were little bit need of fixing. Nothing was totally wrong, but room looked that it would need little bit of remodelling. Breakfast buffee was really good. Location is bit off, but you can take Grab to go anywhere.

The staff were really friendly. The room was really clean and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff did their cleaning very well. The pool water was very very clean and the private in-room sauna worked well. The breakfast buffet had a very good spread, but were generally a bit sweet for us. The young chinese lady made excellent omelettes. Ivan and the front desk team were very patient, understanding and welcoming. Special mention goes to the the bartender at the satellite restaurant and bar during the evening to closure shift on Saturday and Sunday. He was always so polite and smiling. We would strongly recommend and consider to stay at Lexis Penang again.

When we got to the room after they reluctantly upgraded us to the sea vie room we found the safe was not working and the sink in the toilet was cracked and leaking. I informed the reception on 3 occasions and was told we will get it sorted today but today never came. Very disappointed with the service from reception and front desk. However the service from the catering and breakfast was excellent and they even made us a take away box on day of checkout as we were checking out at 4am. Hotel looks wear and tear and could do with upgrading and is in the middle of nowhere

We stayed in the Lexis Suites Penang Premium Suite for three nights and had the worst experience on the third night because there was a power outage from 11.30pm to 5.30am, we didn't know how to charge our gadgets or pack our belongings because there was only an emergency light available in our room, and we couldn't sleep because the room was extremely hot and we had an early flight. We had breakfast at 6.30am, the elevator jerked on our way to the restaurant due to electric problems and while having breakfast there was a power outage again. Upon check-out, the front office staff had no idea how to handle the situation and simply informed us that management will contact us, it had been days, but we had not heard from them. We applaud Firdaus or Fifi at the Roselle restaurant for being really accommodating and pleasant, checking on the quality of the dinner course, and being very nice and considerate of our feedback. He exceeds customer satisfaction and deserves a promotion and raise.

We reached the hotel at 1.30pm, merely 30-min before the check-in time, and our room wasn't occupied. But we were put on hold till 2pm for check-in.
