OK stay

Excellent parking facilities for motorcycles, very secure. Common areas have had a nice makeover but the rooms are very tired, but OK for the price. Easy to walk to city centre.

A door immediately below our room slammed shut and bounced back and forth every few minutes until well after midnight. It started again around 5am. Though clean, the room (108) was very small. Nice staff.

Pretty position near centre of Mulhouse. Really nicely designed entrance, reception, bar, restaurant area promises a really nice hotel. In reality the room was absolutely BASIC. Not a single frill or extra. Also one BIG mistake. It was a double room, we are a couple and the double bed was jammed firmly against one wall. This made accessing one side of the bed impossible. OK maybe if you are young and agile, but difficult with a little reduced mobility. Which is odd as it was a room for people with reduced mobility.

Staff at the reception did not speak any english, they tried to communicate with google translator. They were all extremely rude and unprofessional. We were traveling with a 4 months old baby, requested a baby cot in advance and also called them on the phone. When we arrived there was no baby bed in our room, we requested it again. They said they only have 2 beds and 4 babies in the hotel so they are unable to provide one. They said they don't care where our baby will sleep and were extremely rude. At this point it was around 7pm and too late to find another hotel. After speaking with several people they brought a bed from another hotel around 8 pm. Baby had to go to bed too late. The bed was without a proper mattress or bedsheet, and the top part of it was missing. I requested it the next day again, spoke with 5 different people, all of them were rude. At one point the receptionist called someone on the phone and gave the phone to me, the caller said she is not responsible for this hotel and cannot help. Then someone arrived, supposedly a manager, who came to talk to me. His english was bad, did not introduce himself, did not apologize for the staffs behavior from the previous day. It could have been anyone, not a manager. At this point I just gave up any communication with them. I used several beach towels as a mattress for the cot. The room doors are super noisy, and the silverware was dirty every day.

La chambre etait glaciale et quand je demande comment regler, on me dit que le chauffage n'a pas été réactivé ??!! Il fait 8 degré dehors le matin donc rallume !!!! L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement car les chambres c'est vraiment pas top... Je n'y retournerai plus.

Für Übernachtung ok.

Zimmer und Bad eher klein und einfach eingerichtet. Zimmer schon etwas verschlissen. Bei Ankunft roch das Zimmer nach Abfluß. Erst nach Lüftung war der Geruch weg. Lage unspektakulär. Hotel mit Parkgarage. Frühstück war für den Preis ok.

Nous avons eu le bruit de la clim de tout l hôtel!! Des gens ont demandé a changé de chambre mais le bruit était toujours là! On a demandé à ce qu un technicien vienne rien a été fait!!! Ce bruit empêche de dormir il fait un bruit sourd ds tte la chambre cest infernal heureusement que les réceptionnistes sont sympas et on essaye de trouver une solution mais ils ne peuvent pas réparer une clim alors qu il y a un corps de métier pour ça!
